Overall Objective

The overall objective is to contribute to the business development in our whole responsibility regions through improvement of the competitiveness of SME’s in export markets.

Specific Objectives

More specifically the activity aims at

a) Improving the productivity and hence competitiveness of SME’s;

b) Improving Consultancy and training institutional capacity in the provision of business development services;

How to gain this target?

To gaining this target Companies must change the Management mentality first of all and should invest to their knowledge, skills with substructure of training.

Today, they must supply the customer necessity exactly and also upwards of this target in hardly competition conditions.

The main aim of a Company is creating a system by focused customer, succeed, profitable and working with minimum loss. Companies don’t goes to increase to their price with their increasing cost no more. For that reason, companies try to decrease and optimise their costs for supplying customer expectations. Nowadays, to determining the rate of materials and services, firstly, they try to determine the consent of custumer for marketing price and than find the product rate by going reverse.

People who observe the big changings and transformations in 21. Century. Today, the top reason of some factors for press of changing to the foundations are; creating global markets, developing the technology rapidly and competition.

There is a coefficient point will observe while inspecting the whole successfull companies that they adapt the productivity and improving the performance to their bodies are regards and invest to Human Resources.

80% business are failing of the sme’s at first five years. Generaly entrepreneurs selected to trial and error method. At Turkey like other developed countries capital is insufficient and cost of the finance is higher. For that reason, enterpreneurs design to their business without any feasibility. They select wrong way with their estimation and feelings. Finally, they start to their business in a small scale and than they growth by due to market conditions.

Future and Past activities in Our Activity Region

Because whole of these reasons and subjects; our mission formation and plans take care of the fundamentals of these realities and focused gaining to real and efficient results in Black Sea and Eastern Anatolia reagon SME’s. We focused to their future in a safely basis if they follow the strategies.

Most of SME’ s have the similar problems:

1-Project scale,

2-Enough experience,

3-Organisation projection and feasibility,

4-Human resource (manager or consulter)

5-Capitalisation.

Most of enterpreneurs intend to establish their businesses only gaining money fundamentals by an easiest way without any business plan. They usually follows a short term and special targets.

They usually prefer and ask first money if you suggest any outsourcing service.

Because of the globalisation and new economic developments during the negotiation with EN depressed to the SME’s to growth their capitalisation. We mean, their capitalisation not enough to their market anymore.

Most of businessperson thinking if you have enough money you don’t need any business plan. This is true for a simple business life but this mentality will change by new economical atmosphere during the European road.

We are try to explain which they need well prepared a good business plan for their long business life.

To solving the above problems we suggest they need first a Performance Improvement Planning Programme. This program has contain some topics; Strategic plan, Business Plan (Management Plan, Finance Plan, HR Plan, Organisation Plan, Production Plan, Marketing Plan) and a measurement system for whole processes.

They usually don’t know importance of the measurement of the suppliers efficency, Sectorial, local and scale differences in their industry and how much money they need realy for their investment and Capitalisation.

SME’s prefer stay at off the record conditions both employee and taxes items. But, if they need capitalisation during the business period they could’nt take any Money from bank or finance organisations. Because they have no enough profit on their balance sheet to pay that amount of Money again to the finansor.

They sense the business development concept as outsourcing have to be only for easy credits and grants.
